Old Bar Classic - Specialty Car Show

Old Bar Beach Sporting Field

The Old Bar Classic, Specialty Car Show is part of the Old Bar Beach Festival and will be held on

Saturday 2nd October, where Street Machines, Classics, Low riders, Vintage, Veteran, Aust. & American Muscle Cars,

Hot Rods, Custom & Veteran Bikes, 4WD’s, Utes and cars gather for a Show & Shine.

All entrants receive a welcome pack. Trophies are awarded for each category as well as a perpetual trophy

to be handed out to the winner of the people’s choice award. This is an ongoing award with each winner's name

and car’s details engraved and handed on each year with a small trophy also given to the winner of this award.

Other prize categories will be the Oldest Car Present, Most Unique/Custom, Judges Choice, 4WD, Utes

and Honourable mentions from the Judges panel.

Car enthusiasts from all over are invited to come along

If you have a car that fits in any of the catagories above, come along and join the fun

at the cost of $10.00. If you just wish to come along and display your car, there is no cost involved.

Sydney is set to host one of the world’s

great motoring events on Sunday 10 October 2010 when more than $100 million worth of rare and exotic cars and motorcycles will go on display at Concours d’Elegance Australia

10-10-10.

The inaugural event will present the opportunity for auto devotees to celebrate the style, fashion and elegance of some of the most mesmerising machines ever built. It will be staged

at the historic St Patrick’s Estate in Manly.

The event will showcase approximately 200 of the finest examples of classic and prestige vehicles, with 50 of these vehicles competing for “Best of Show” within their

classes in the Concours d’Elegance.

A highly skilled group of judgeswill closely inspect the vehicles for originality and condition to the standard laid down

for the six globally recognised Concours.

A truly unique collection of vehicles with an estimated value in excess of $100 million

will be on display for public viewing.

Manufacturers and collectors will be invited to display their latest models and most valued possessions to the public.

The Concours will raise the profile of Australians as connoisseurs of aesthetic beauty in all its forms.

Concours d’Elegance Australia is as much about style, fashion and elegance as it is

a celebration of the enjoyment

of amazing and exotic automobiles and motorcycles –

both old and new

The B-Series Crew are holding their annual B-Series Nationals Meet

Show & Shine, Cruise, Dinner, & Museum Cruise.

The web site shows the complete history of the Meets in Parkes since the first one.

You can link through to a whole bunch of interesting sites around the Parkes area including

accommodation and dining along with local points of interest.

This year as in past years any make model of Car/Vehicle is welcome to enter and attend

all the events surrounding the annual meet.

We hold our show in consort with the Central West Car Club and last year

there were in the order of three hundred entrants on the day.
